Pass Georgia

How it works

Diagnose, drill, confirm, pass.

One loop, four steps. Find the topics costing you the exam, drill the ones that move points, confirm both portions are stable, then book. The whole method exists to answer a single question a candidate actually has: what should I work on next?

How it works

One loop, four steps, exam-ready.

Find your weak spots, drill them, confirm readiness, then book the test. No guessing what to study next.

01 · Diagnose

See exactly where you stand.

A diagnostic with one question per Georgia content area pinpoints the topics costing you the exam without burning a single practice test.

  • Topic clusters scored independently
  • Per-topic readiness with weak-area surfacing
  • Honest signal: a Ready / Almost there / Not yet verdict, not just a number

Wrong. Here's why

A Georgia home sells for $285,000. The state transfer tax rate is $1.00 per $1,000 of the sale price.

Step 1

$285,000 ÷ $1,000 = 285

Step 2

285 × $1.00 = $285.00

The Rule

Georgia transfer tax is $1.00 for the first $1,000 and 10 cents for each additional $100, which works out to $1 per $1,000 of consideration. Do not confuse it with the intangible recording tax, which applies to the loan amount, not the price.

03 · Track

Watch both scores climb.

Separate readiness signals for the national and Georgia portions, so you always know which one still needs work.

  • Confidence Calibration Engine flags high confidence with low accuracy
  • Streaks and daily goals without noisy badges

04 · Pass

Book the exam with proof, not nerves.

Use the Ready verdict as your final check before PSI. Walk in with BRRETA, security deeds, math setups, and common traps already familiar.

  • Ready status earned, not bought
  • Spaced repetition (SM-2) keeps missed questions in rotation

Start with step one

Diagnose before you study.

The free readiness check runs the same logic: per-topic scoring across both portions, and a verdict that names your weakest area. Ten minutes, no sign-up.

How the method works

Facts checked against the current PSI Candidate Information Bulletin and GREC sources. Last reviewed August 2026. Editorial standards.

How long does the diagnostic take?

One question per content area, so around ten to fifteen minutes. It is deliberately short: its job is to point you at the right topic, not to simulate the exam.

How is readiness calculated?

From topic balance across both portions, not from volume answered. Because PSI grades national and Georgia separately, a readiness score that blends them would hide the exact imbalance that fails candidates.

What is the Confidence Calibration Engine?

It compares how sure you felt with how you actually scored. The dangerous combination is high confidence and low accuracy, because that is the material you will not choose to revise on your own.

Do I need an internet connection?

No. Full offline mode is included, which matters more than it sounds: a lot of exam study happens on commutes and in waiting rooms.
