1. Answer, then read the reason
Choose an answer and say how sure you are. After checking it, read the explanation even if you were right. Being able to explain the rule matters more than recognizing a familiar answer.

2. Work through the calculation
Type your answer before looking at the steps. If your result differs, compare the setup first, then the arithmetic. Notice whether the question wants a dollar amount, a decimal or a percentage.
Math lessons and 2 practice attempts per topic are free. Full access removes that limit.
3. Look up the term that stopped you
Search a term, read its meaning, and connect it to the question you just answered. Try saying the distinction in your own words before returning to practice.

Wrong. Here's why
A Georgia home sells for $285,000. The state transfer tax rate is $1.00 per $1,000 of the sale price.
$285,000 ÷ $1,000 = 285
285 × $1.00 = $285.00
The Rule
Georgia transfer tax is $1.00 for the first $1,000 and 10 cents for each additional $100, which works out to $1 per $1,000 of consideration. Do not confuse it with the intangible recording tax, which applies to the loan amount, not the price.

How long does the diagnostic take?
The app's diagnostic is 30 questions drawn from all 14 content areas. It is deliberately shorter than a practice exam: its job is to point you at the right topic, not to simulate the exam. This site also has a free, shorter diagnostic preview at /practice/diagnostic.
How is readiness calculated?
The app combines practice exam performance, confidence calibration, topic coverage, and math performance. Review national and Georgia results separately as well. These are study indicators, not an official score or a guarantee of passing. The website's readiness calculator uses results you enter and has its own sample-size and coverage checks.
What is the Confidence Calibration Engine?
It compares how sure you felt with whether your answer was correct. Confident mistakes can reveal a misunderstood rule, while correct guesses may need more practice. Use both when choosing what to review.
Do I need an internet connection?
The mobile app supports offline study after setup. You need a connection for account setup, purchases, updates, and syncing progress. The browser app requires an internet connection.
