How do you schedule the Georgia salesperson exam?
Step-by-step PSI registration
- Open the official PSI Georgia real estate portal.
- Select Tests, then select the examination and create or sign in to your account.
- Enter your first and last name exactly as printed on the current government ID you will bring.
- Select View Available Tests.
- Choose the GREC-approved school route if PSI has your completion, or submit the alternate-route application and documents if that is how you qualify.
- Search for a test center using city or postal code.
- Select the date and time, pay, and save the appointment confirmation.

Which documents are needed for registration?

The Rule
The GCIC report belongs to the license application. PSI says it must be obtained no more than 60 days before applying, not before the exam date.
How do cancellation, rescheduling, lateness, and missed appointments work?
PSI allows cancellation and rescheduling without forfeiting the fee when notice is received two days before the scheduled examination date. For a Monday appointment, the bulletin gives Saturday as the deadline. Use the PSI website or call and speak to a representative. A voicemail does not count.
You forfeit the fee if you cancel too late, miss the appointment, arrive after the start time, or cannot present proper identification. The fee is also forfeited if you do not test within one year after PSI receives it.
How do you request an accommodation?
Use the accommodation request link in the current PSI bulletin before the appointment. PSI says examination centers provide ADA access and make alternate arrangements to meet candidate needs. The official route owns the documentation, review, and approval. Pass Georgia does not collect diagnoses or medical records and cannot approve an accommodation.
How should you choose a center and date?
- Use the address on the final PSI confirmation, even if another site lists something different.
- Plan to arrive 30 minutes early after accounting for traffic and parking.
- Do not order the GCIC report so early that it exceeds the 60-day application window after passing.
- Check readiness before paying a nonrefundable fee, but do not delay only to chase a perfect practice score.
