Georgia Real Estate Exam Test Centers: Locations and What to Expect

The Georgia salesperson exam is delivered in person at PSI test centers across the state, with several in the Atlanta metro area and others serving central, coastal, and south Georgia. The exam is identical at every location, so choose for a calm arrival rather than the shortest drive. Confirm the current list and exact addresses with PSI when you register.

Where PSI test centers are located in Georgia

Test centers are concentrated around the Atlanta metro, with additional locations serving the rest of the state. These are the areas Georgia candidates most commonly test in:

Duluth

Atlanta metro, north-east. Serves Gwinnett and the northern suburbs.

Marietta

Atlanta metro, north-west. Serves Cobb and the north-western suburbs.

Decatur

Atlanta metro, east. Closest option for much of intown Atlanta and DeKalb.

Fayetteville

Atlanta metro, south. Serves Fayette, Coweta, and the southern suburbs.

Macon

Central Georgia. The usual choice for candidates between Atlanta and south Georgia.

Savannah

Coastal Georgia. Serves Chatham and the surrounding coastal counties.

Verify before you travel. We deliberately do not print street addresses here. Test center locations change, and a wrong address on exam morning is the most expensive error on this entire site. The address confirmed by PSI at registration is the only one to trust.

How to choose between them

  • Parking you understand. A center 20 minutes further away with obvious parking beats a closer one where you will circle a garage for fifteen minutes.
  • Traffic at your appointment time. A 9am slot inside the Perimeter is a different journey from a 1pm slot.
  • Appointment availability. Popular centers book out further, which matters when you are timing around the GCIC report window.

What happens when you arrive

Arrive 30 minutes early. Check-in means identity verification against two forms of identification with matching names, storing your belongings in a locker, and a security check before you enter the testing room. The full exam day checklist covers what to bring. Including the GCIC report, which is the item people forget.
