Georgia PSI License Issuance Locations

The July 2026 PSI bulletin identifies four PSI test centers for original license issuance: Duluth, Marietta, Macon, and Savannah. Candidates must wait at least 24 hours after passing. Licensing operates on regular weekdays during two published windows and is first come first served.

Facts checked against the current PSI Candidate Information Bulletin and GREC sources. Last reviewed August 2, 2026. Editorial standards.

Is this a current Georgia PSI location?

Use Duluth, Marietta, Macon, or Savannah for PSI license issuance, confirm current service before travel, and arrive Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and noon or 2:00 p.m. and 4:45 p.m. Bring the full license document set and decide active or inactive status.

The Rule

Licensing locations and testing locations are different lists. Confirm the service before every post-pass trip.

How should you plan this location?

Six sites administer the examination, but only four PSI-branded centers are identified for licensing. Decatur and Fayetteville should not be treated as licensing counters without direct confirmation of a later change.

The licensing trip is document-driven. Certification of Accuracy, current criminal history report, lawful-presence and secure-document material, fee, and sponsorship material for active status should be assembled before travel.

Exam-day checklist

  1. Wait at least 24 hours after passing.
  2. Choose and confirm Duluth, Marietta, Macon, or Savannah.
  3. Avoid the noon-to-2:00 p.m. closure and regular-business-day exceptions.
  4. Bring every current license document and payment.
  5. Apply within three months for the standard fee and before twelve months to preserve the pass.

Worked travel decision

A candidate passes in Fayetteville and wants an active license. The candidate waits 24 hours, confirms Macon licensing service, brings the sponsor statement and full application records, and arrives during the afternoon window. Passing at a partner site does not prevent licensing at an authorized PSI center.

Common location traps

  • Returning to the exam site automatically.
  • Arriving during the midday closure.
  • Confusing an inactive license with permission to practice.
  • Waiting past the standard-fee window.

What stays the same at every center?

The examination uses the same official outlines and the same administration rules. Center choice changes travel and appointment availability, not the scored content, license category, or required preparation. Search live PSI availability before making the final decision.

Mastery tracking

  • □ I saved the final PSI confirmation.
  • □ I can arrive 30 minutes early without relying on a perfect trip.
  • □ My ID exactly supports the appointment record.
  • □ I know whether this site is confirmed for license issuance.

Is this a current Georgia real estate exam location?

Use Duluth, Marietta, Macon, or Savannah for PSI license issuance, confirm current service before travel, and arrive Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and noon or 2:00 p.m. and 4:45 p.m. Bring the full license document set and decide active or inactive status.

Which address should I trust?

Use the address and reporting instructions on the final PSI appointment confirmation. It controls if a bulletin, map listing, or this page differs.

How early should I arrive?

Arrive at least 30 minutes before the appointment. A late arrival can forfeit the appointment and fee.

Can I get my license immediately after passing?

No. The current bulletin requires at least a 24-hour wait, and license issuance is limited to the confirmed PSI locations and published weekday windows.
