Your 48-hour schedule
48 to 36 hours before: diagnose one last time
Complete one short, fresh mixed set. It should include national, Georgia, and calculation questions without topic labels.
Review every wrong answer and every uncertain correct answer. Classify each error:
- Knowledge gap: you could not state the rule.
- Distinction error: you knew both terms but chose the wrong one for the facts.
- Stem-reading error: you missed a role, time, jurisdiction, BEST, FIRST, EXCEPT, or NOT.
- Formula setup: you chose the wrong base, units, formula, or rounding rule.
- Retrieval failure: the rule looked familiar after review but did not appear when needed.

- Recite the three Georgia supplement areas: 16 questions in State Laws and Rules, 21 in Real Estate Practice in Georgia, and 15 in Finance and Closing.

- Write the four Georgia calculation bases from memory: price, note, 40%, mills.

- Exact appointment time and test center address.
- Travel, parking, building entry, and a plan to arrive 30 minutes early.
- One current, valid, unexpired government ID with a photo and signature.
- The ID name matches the name used for the PSI appointment.
- No handheld calculator. PSI provides an online calculator.
- No notes, personal scratch paper, personal writing tools, phones, watches, earbuds, or other prohibited electronics.
- Any approved accommodation documentation and instructions.

The current public PSI bulletin does not state a fixed 75% salesperson passing score. GREC Rule 520-1-.04 describes a psychometrically determined minimum. Build broad competence instead of planning around a number copied from another prep site.

Can I retake quickly if I do not pass?
