$285.00
$1 for the first $1,000 or fraction + 2,840 additional $100 units x $0.10
Georgia: Follows the sale price. Do not confuse it with the intangible tax on the loan.
Assumption: Assumes the stated consideration is taxable and no exemption changes the calculation.
Transfer tax is $1 for the first $1,000 or fraction of taxable consideration and $0.10 per additional $100 or fraction. Intangible recording tax applies to the loan amount. Property tax applies millage to 40% of fair market value, not the full value. Exam questions routinely give you every number needed to get all three wrong.
Use these to check yourself, not to replace the working. On exam day you get a basic calculator and no notes, so the setup has to come from memory. The math drill practices exactly that, and the formulas page lists every one with a worked example.
For prorations, choose the 360-, 365-, or 366-day basis stated in the problem. For Georgia transfer and intangible taxes, the calculators apply the statutory fractional-unit round-up rules. Actual contracts, taxability, exemptions, lender terms, and closing documents control outside an exam scenario.

Can I use these on exam day?
No. PSI provides an online calculator and prohibits handheld calculators. Use these study calculators to check the setup, then practice with simple on-screen operations.
Which calculations are Georgia-specific?
Transfer tax on the sale price, intangible recording tax on the loan, and the 40% assessment ratio before millage. Everything else is standard national math.
Why does each calculator show its working?
Because the exam tests setup selection, not arithmetic. A number without the method behind it does not teach you anything you can use under time pressure.
