Georgia Real Estate Exam Flashcards

31 cards covering the terms and rules the Georgia exam tests most directly. The term is on the front and the rule is on the back, phrased the way the exam uses it rather than the way a glossary would.

What flashcards are good for, and what they are not

Flashcards build recognition, and the Georgia exam mostly tests application. They are worth the time for vocabulary and for one-line rules such as which security instrument Georgia uses. They will not prepare you for a scenario question, which is most of the paper.

Use them in the gaps: a commute, a queue, ten minutes before bed. Do the real work in practice questions, where the scenarios live.

About the flashcards

Facts checked against the current PSI Candidate Information Bulletin and GREC sources. Last reviewed August 2026. Editorial standards.

Why is the back a rule rather than a definition?

Because the exam asks you to apply things, not define them. Knowing that Georgia uses a security deed rather than a mortgage is worth more than a dictionary sentence about what a security deed is.

Do flashcards work for this exam?

For vocabulary and one-line rules, yes. For scenario questions, no, and that is most of the paper. Use these alongside practice questions rather than instead of them.
