Shortlist Pass Georgia if you want offline mobile study with a one-time unlock, or PeachPrep RE for lower-cost iPhone and iPad drills. Dearborn offers a subscription with audio and video. Lexawise offers a fixed-term plan with those formats and an AI tutor.

For Dearborn, use the state-specific listing on the App Store or Google Play and select Georgia. If you prefer your phone's browser, Open Exam Prep has free practice, and PrepAgent says its paid plans work in a mobile browser.

Check the exam outline before the question count

The published outline has 11 national areas and three Georgia groups. The bulletin's sample report shows 100 national and 52 Georgia scored questions. Georgia accounts for about 34% of that total.

The Georgia groups contain 16 Laws and Rules questions, 21 Real Estate Practice questions, and 15 Finance and Closing questions. A useful product should let you practice all three, see why an answer is right, and review the underlying rule. Use our outline guide to check coverage.

The July 1, 2026 PSI bulletin does not publish a numeric passing threshold, a salesperson exam duration, or an explanation of separate portion carryover. A provider's timer or study target should not be treated as an official requirement. Confirm appointment and retake instructions with PSI.

Try this before you spend anything

1. Take the 15-question diagnostic. It reaches every area, but one answer per area is only a starting point.
2. Review each miss and guess. If you can repeat an explanation but cannot apply the rule to another scenario, look for stronger teaching.
3. Work through the free 52-question Georgia test, online or on paper. Review the three group subtotals.
4. Compare a few explanations from your shortlisted providers. Choose the one that helps you correct the kind of mistake you keep making.

If Georgia law is your main gap, another large national bank may add little. If you know the rules but struggle to read scenarios, choose explained application questions. If you get stuck without a teacher, live instruction may be worth more than a lower price.

Confirm the course, access period, renewal behavior, and refund deadline. Check whether starting an assessment affects a refund and whether a pass guarantee requires particular practice scores or an exam within a fixed period. Save the terms that apply to your purchase.
