The national portion tests property ownership, land use, valuation, financing, contracts, agency, disclosures, property management, title transfer, real estate practice, and calculations. The Georgia supplement tests State Laws and Rules, Real Estate Practice in Georgia, and Finance and Closing.

The percentages below come directly from PSI. Because the national portion contains 100 items, a 19% weight corresponds to about 19 questions, but an individual form can vary. Treat the weight as a planning guide, not a promise about question order.

Does PSI publish weights for Georgia subtopics?

No. PSI publishes item counts for the three state groups but no deeper weights. A study site should not invent percentages for BRRETA, contracts, trust accounts, or any other state subtopic.
