The Rule
PSI publishes 16, 21, and 15 items for the three Georgia groups. It does not publish a guaranteed subtopic count. The statute, current GREC rule, contract, or other cited primary authority controls each lesson.

Read these concepts as one Georgia decision system. A plausible national rule can still be the wrong answer when the stem supplies a Georgia statute, instrument, role, or procedure.
Salesperson routes
A 75-hour approved course is the common route, but the bulletin also describes college, law-school, and other-jurisdiction alternatives with documentation.
Broker experience
Broker applicants need active-license experience for at least three of the preceding five years as well as an approved education route.
CAM route
CAM is a separate examination and education category. Its common prelicense course is 25 hours, with alternate routes listed by PSI.
Two fees
The July 1, 2026 bulletin lists a $175 examination fee and a $170 license fee. They are paid at different stages for different purposes.
