The weights tell you where the questions are, not where your gaps are. Those are different things, and confusing them is the most common study-planning error.
A candidate who is strong on Contracts should not spend more time there because it is 19% of the portion. The weight matters only in combination with your current accuracy: high weight plus low accuracy is where points are recovered fastest.
