Try 5 Free Georgia Real Estate Exam Questions

Five Georgia supplement questions, one at a time, with no email gate. After each answer you see the reasoning and the rule that decides it, the same way the app teaches.

Facts checked against the current PSI Candidate Information Bulletin and GREC sources. Editorial standards.

1 / 5Finance and Closing

A borrower under a Georgia security deed asks what interest she still owns while the loan is outstanding. The best answer is that she holds:

34% of the real exam is Georgia law. 52 of 152 questions.

Why start with a Georgia question?

52 of the 152 scored questions come from the Georgia supplement, about 34% of the paper. A national-only sample cannot show whether you know that material.

Each question above is mapped to one official Georgia group, one complete lesson, and a primary source. Its explanation names the rule and applies it to the facts. That is the minimum useful standard for a practice item.

What to do with the result

  • If you missed, read the owning lesson and answer a fresh question on the same rule later.
  • If you guessed, follow the miss path. A correct letter without confidence is not mastery.
  • If you knew why every distractor failed, take the 15-question diagnostic preview.
  • If you want to judge the mixed format, open the 15-question exam preview.

What these questions do not claim

They do not claim live-exam similarity, predict a pass, reveal a PSI item, or represent the full difficulty range. They give you a short, transparent example of the study loop used across the site.

About the sample questions

Facts checked against the current PSI Candidate Information Bulletin and GREC sources. Editorial standards.

Are these actual PSI exam questions?

No. They are original questions from the Pass Georgia app, mapped to the current PSI content outline and checked against Georgia law and GREC rules. None is copied or reconstructed from a live examination.

Will I see the same five questions next time?

Probably not. Each visit draws five from a set of ten, two Georgia law, two Georgia practice, and one finance and closing, in a new order.

Why five questions?

Five is enough to see how the explanations work across the three Georgia supplement groups, and short enough to finish in a few minutes. For a wider read, the 14-area diagnostic comes next.

Can five questions show whether I am ready?

No. They show the quality of the explanations. Readiness needs fresh evidence across every official area and more than one day.
