How the content areas are weighted
Weights tell you where the questions are. They do not tell you where your gaps are, and those are different problems. Contracts is the largest national area at 19%, but if you are already scoring well there, the marginal hour is better spent somewhere you are not.
A practical order
- Start with the three Georgia areas. They are the material nothing else covered.
- Then the heavyweight national areas: Contracts, Agency, Practice of Real Estate.
- Then math, which is a setup-selection skill rather than a topic. The math drill runs untitled for that reason.
- Finish with mixed practice, because the exam intermixes both portions and never tells you which area a question came from.
When your areas look even, take the 25-question timed mock and then the readiness check.
