Pass Georgia publishes free Georgia real estate exam lessons and tools alongside a live iOS and Android practice app. We are independent educational exam prep, not affiliated with Georgia Real Estate Commission or PSI Services LLC, and not a substitute for the required prelicense course.

Why this site exists

Georgia candidates deserve one place where the complete official outline, state distinctions, worked examples, exam traps, original practice, study plans, downloadable tools, and candidate operations are connected and source controlled.

Too much exam content repeats figures copied from another prep site. Repetition can make an unsupported number look official. We built the opposite system: each exam and licensing fact lives in one place on the site, primary sources are visible, and material corrections are public.

Who writes and reviews the content?

Pass Georgia is the organizational publisher. We publish the accountable role and scope on core pages. We do not invent a named lawyer, broker, educator, credential, testimonial, or headshot. When a qualified named professional performs and approves a defined review, that person's name, credential, and scope can be added to the relevant page.

How the editorial system works

Map. Every teaching asset starts at an official national or Georgia content-area node.
Teach. The lesson adds the Georgia distinction, worked example, common traps, original questions, detailed explanations, mastery gate, and next lesson.
Verify. Candidate operations use PSI Georgia Candidate Information Bulletin, 7/1/2026. Legal, licensing, and tax claims use the relevant Georgia primary source.
Test. Automated checks look for contradictory numbers, broken internal routes, missing editorial fields, and style failures.
Correct. A material error is fixed at its source and added to the public corrections ledger.

What is free and what the app adds

The entire website is free. PDFs, decision maps, the topic visualizer, study planner, mistake tracker, lessons, glossary, questions, and calculators have no email gate. The live Pass Georgia app adds 1,300+ exam-grade questions, per-topic readiness, confidence calibration, spaced repetition, an interactive Math Coach, and offline study for $59.99 once with no subscription.

The app finances continued product development, but the website's editorial conclusions are not changed to create artificial fear or hide essential facts. A candidate should be able to judge the quality of the teaching before buying the deeper practice system.

What we will not publish

Live or recalled PSI exam questions.
An official pass rate GREC does not publish.
A fixed passing percentage or exam duration absent from the current public source.
Manufactured reviews, ratings, expert identities, or legal approval.
A countdown, fake scarcity message, subscription, or email gate around a free study resource.
